CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 462(RES) "An Act relating to the release                                      
of certain confidential records and reports concerning fishing, fish                                
buying, or fish processing; and providing for an effective date" was

Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                    
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
